Yoga has been around for many years, but it is really starting to catch on at EPE!  A few years back Coach Ryan, a PE teacher in Massachusetts, started our EPE Yoga club.  He started with just a handful of students, but by the end of the summer he had full classes and many kids were heard saying... "Namaste."
